CICO CUREFREE – WP is a membrane forming, ready to use, white pigmented emulsion of specially blended synthetic waxes, complying with ASTM C 309-86, TYPE-IICommon method of curing such as continuous spraying of water on concrete surface and ponding etc. are inconvenient and is also expensive. Evaporation of water from concrete will deprive it of its much needed water for hydration resulting in capillary pores, lower compressive strengths, chipping off on the surface and development of surface cracks. Liquid membrane-forming curing compound is used on the principle that concrete gets enough water from pre-matured concrete/mortar for uninterrupted hydration after placement.
Uses For the rapid temporary patching and plugging of concrete segments, concrete and brick tunnel linings, sewage systems, below ground access chambers, pipes, basements, foundations and mines.

MC-DUR EP is an unpigmented two-component solvent containing epoxy based universal primer for MC-DUR Epoxy Systems with deep penetrating properties. Normally one coat is sufficient but for highly absorbent surfaces two coats are recommended. MC-DUR EP is extremely suitable for sealing of concrete roadways in bridges, under laying asphalt coverings and under laying bases for floating screeds. Advantages MC-DUR EP adheres itself firmly on dry as well as slightly moist (not wet) cement based substrates. Apart from providing better adhesion to the substrates, MC-DUR EP also acts as a dust binder.

Conbextra GP2 is supplied as a ready to use dry powder. The addition of a controlled amount of clean water produces a free flowing, non-shrink grout for gap thicknesses up to 100mm. Conbextra GP2 is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion in the plastic state whilst minimising water demand. The low water demand ensures high early strength. The graded fillers are designed to assist uniform mixing and produce a consistent grout.
